Matthew Adams owns and operates the largest insurance agency in Alaska exclusively working with ministries, missions, and non-profit (religious and other) around the state. He has spent over 30 years serving the local church body primarily in worship and support ministry. Husband, Father, and Grandfather, Matthew enjoys most everything the Alaska outdoors offer (in addition to his love for playing golf). Matthew’s heart is for the unity and support of the Body of Christ in America beginning with Alaska. “As a kid, I always enjoyed going to VBS. I often wondered however, why we didn’t get to have VBS with the other 2 churches in town (hometown population of 400 ). My first disappointment and confusion in what the Lord was about came with a mostly innocent answer to my questions: because they don’t believe the same way we do. It broke my 12-year-old, newly baptized heart and became the root of a variety of confusing moments in my Christian walk. “I have given them the glory that you gave me, that they may be one as we are one – I in them and you in me – so that they may be brought to complete unity, THEN the world will know that you sent me and have loved them even as you have loved me.” -John 17: 23-24

Over the years they have pastored churches in Yakutat and Kodiak and have been on staff at churches in Nikiski, Sitka and Muldoon Community Assembly in Anchorage. Currently they are US Missionaries to the children and families of Alaska. They do a quarterly children’s program called, Dandelion Kids. This programming is currently being sent quarterly 102 remote Alaska villages. They also do children’s outreach, kid’s camps and school assemblies in rural Alaska. Their heart is to train and mentor as many leaders as possible so that kid’s ministry is thriving in all of Alaska.
Tracy loves the outdoors especially fishing and golf. He has a greater passion and calling to the broken and hurting people in Alaska. Tracy has a heart for networking with other ministries around the state of Alaska to make a real difference in places that are literally the ends of the earth part of the great commission. We want to partner with people and ministries who have the same heart for remote Alaska villages.
