F2HAK’s Mission is to connect ministries in Alaska through the mutual encouragement and excitement in being SENT, the common struggle of golf, and the pleasure of fellowship!
In the years following COVID, many changes have befallen the Body of Christ. We believe that the Lord has always called his children to GO-OUT. In response, Fairway to Heaven AK in conjunction with sponsors, non-profit mission organizations, ministry denominational offices, and other ministry leaders in Alaska brought together the first ever, missions focused benefit golf tournament to Alaska! With a 1st Place Prize Payout up to $11,500 (if winning team/ministry registers prior to June 1st, 2024), this tournament is the LARGEST of its kind by a long shot! We want to extend a special thanks to all the ministry partners, churches, mission organizations, and small businesses that help make this tournament a success!
Rules/Conditions:
1. Each team must contain at least 1 congregation member. The other 3 can be Tiger Woods, Phil Mickey, and Happy Gilmore if you can get them up here! The point is to use this time as an opportunity for connection with those without a church home, or even a different one is great!
2. Team entry fee is $500
Note: payment can be made by the church or the team.
3. Each Church must complete the “Representing Ministry” portion of the entry form (online).
4. Limit of 2 teams allowed for each Church sponsorship.
5. Mission Trip/Outreach to be scheduled within 18 months of prize distribution.
Tournament Day
Sign-in opens at 7am, range balls provided.
TEAM CHEAT: $150/bag
one per team/cannot be used to win prize holes
2 Mulligans: These can ONLY be used by one player on the team - must choose player to hit mulligan prior to shot.
1 Double Flag Putt Improvement: Counts as a stroke - must be used PRIOR to the final putt made. Double length of the flag putt improvement for a ball already ON the green.
1 Ball Toss: Counts as a stroke - can ONLY be used by one player on the team chosen PRIOR to their turn.
Green Tee-Off on Hole 9: All players tee off from the green tees.
Grace Abounds "mystery" Cheat (all receive grace...some may just have a little more grace than others).
- One Additional Mulligan (must choose player to hit prior to the shot)
- Green Tee-Off (each team member may hit from the Green Tee on the SAME hole one time - excluding prize holes)
- Yellow Tee on Hole 17 only (each team member may hit from the Yellow Tee on 17)
INDIVIDUAL MULLY SLEEVE OF BALLS: $50/sleeve - limit one per player - can be used for any hole except Hole-In-One Hole #11
- Three Mulligan Balls - one each for a Tee Box, an Approach and a Putt
Lunch is provided and there will be a message from our guest speaker - Bill Pagaran with Carry the Cure and Broken Walls Ministries at the luncheon afterwards.
